The Lucky Hand Draw (hereinafter referred to as "the Draw") is open to individuals aged 18 and above, except employees and their immediate families of Lucky Hands and its affiliated companies.
2. Pencil Purchase Option:
Lucky Hand offers one type of pencil for purchase at 25 AED.
3. Entry with Pencil Purchase:
The purchase of the specified pencil automatically grants the purchaser an optional entry into the Lucky Hand Draw.
4. Draw Schedule:
The Lucky Hand draw takes place every Friday at 9:00 PM UAE time (5:00 PM GMT).
5. Winning Criteria:
Participants will select 5 numbers between 0 and 44.
All sold pencils or the equivalent production value will be donated to charities.
6. Eligibility for Draw:
A purchase before the draw date is required to be eligible for the nearest draw.
7. Draw Rescheduling:
Lucky Hand reserves the right to reschedule the Draw date without any prior notices.
8. Prize Collection Period:
The prize collection period will be in accordance with International Gaming Policy.
9. Participation Requirements:
You must be above 18 and aware of Lucky Hand rules.
You must not be prohibited from accessing the platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must abide by these terms and additional policies.
10. Publicity Consent:
Winners are required to provide photos for publicity, and Lucky Hand has the right to share these publicities.
11. Cancellation Policy:
All purchases of products are final with no cancellation options.
12. Prize Currency:
All prizes will be paid in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
13. Withdrawal Procedures:
Prizes may be withdrawn via bank wire transfer or authorized financial institution.
